ChiroThinTV Setup

ChiroThinTV is a chiropractic-focused content feed for SignPresenter. This guide takes you from a fresh ChiroThinTV account to a paired screen running professional clinic content in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create your ChiroThinTV account​

  1. Go to ChiroThinTV.com.
  2. Click Start My Free Trial or Register.
  3. Fill out the registration form.
  4. Log into your new account.

Step 2: Set up your screen in SignPresenter​

  1. Go to Step 3: Screens.
  2. Click First Screen.
  3. Name your screen (for example, "Reception Area").
  4. Click Save.

Step 3: Install SignPresenter on your Fire Stick​

Device requirements​

SignPresenter works on Fire Sticks running Fire OS (Android-based) and Android devices running Android 10.0 or newer.

Recommended: Fire TV Stick HD — best for 24/7 signage thanks to auto-reboot after power loss.

Not every Fire Stick is compatible. See the device compatibility guide before buying.

Install steps​

  1. Set up your Fire Stick: plug in, sign into your Amazon account, complete software updates.
  2. Hold the microphone button on the remote and say "Sign Presenter".
  3. Select the SignPresenter app and click Download.
  4. Open SignPresenter from your home screen.

Step 4: Pair your device​

  1. SignPresenter shows a 4-digit code on the TV.
  2. Back on SignPresenter.com, click Pair TV in the Screens section.
  3. Enter the 4-digit code.
  4. Click Pair TV.
  5. On the Fire Stick, click Run Schedule.

Step 5: Add billing information​

After clicking Run Schedule, you'll be prompted to add billing.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Enter your credit card information.
  3. Click Update.

Billing doesn't start for 30 days, and you can cancel any subscription at any time.

Your ChiroThinTV feed will now run on your screen.

Optional: advanced features​

Manual playlist for patient education​

This slideshow lets you walk new patients through pricing and information manually.

  1. Playlists → Horizontal 16x9.
  2. Find ChiroThin Manual Playlist.
  3. Name it (for example, "Patient Pricing").
  4. Choose your preferred pricing points.
  5. Click Save.

Using the manual playlist on the Fire Stick:

  1. Press Back on the remote.
  2. Select the Manual Playlist.
  3. Use left/right arrows to navigate slides.
  4. Press Up to see all slides at once.
  5. Press Back and select Run Schedule to return to the regular feed.

Add social media promotion​

  1. Playlists → Horizontal 16x9.
  2. Find Social Media Promotion.
  3. Click Subscribe → Create Playlist.
  4. Name your playlist.
  5. Enter your Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram handles.
  6. Click Save.

Add Google / Yelp reviews requests​

  1. Playlists → Horizontal 16x9.
  2. Find Reviews → Subscribe → Create Playlist.
  3. Name it "Reviews" and click Save.

This displays prompts asking viewers to leave Google or Yelp reviews.

Upload your own images​

  1. Click Messages → Upload.
  2. Upload your images.
  3. Create a category and a name. Videos and other message types are also included in your subscription.

Step 6: Add playlists to your screen​

  1. Go to Step 3: Screens and click your screen.
  2. Select 24/7 for the schedule.
  3. Adjust playlist weights — they must sum to 100%:
    • ChiroThin Auto Playlist: 50%
    • Reviews: 5%
    • Social Media: 5%
    • Other playlists: remaining percentage
  4. Click Save.

The screen will update within 1–2 minutes to show all playlists at the configured weights.
