Troubleshooting
Most SignPresenter issues are quick fixes. Pick the one that matches what you're seeing — and if nothing here helps, open a support ticket and we'll get on it.
Common issues
- Stuck on "Loading Instructions…" — IP conflict; reboot the Fire Stick
- Videos won't preview in my browser — usually a Chrome autoplay restriction; click the popup to dismiss
- I can't find the app on Google Play / Roku / Apple TV — supported platforms and what to do if it's missing
- I'm outside the USA — change your Amazon Fire TV country to install regional apps
- Clear cache — when files didn't download cleanly
- Disable "Still Watching?" pop-up — kill the Fire OS inactivity timeout
Open a support ticket
When the fixes above don't help:

Make sure you're logged into your account.

Click Settings.

Click Support.

Click New.

Type the issue in the Comments box and click Post.

Need to attach a file? Click the ticket you just made.

Upload a file or add another comment, then click Post.

We'll get back to you as soon as possible with a fix.
