Most SignPresenter issues are quick fixes. Pick the one that matches what you're seeing — and if nothing here helps, open a support ticket and we'll get on it.

Common issues

Open a support ticket

When the fixes above don't help:

  1. Make sure you're logged into your account.

  2. Click Settings.

    Click settings

  3. Click Support.

    Click support

  4. Click New.

    Click new

  5. Type the issue in the Comments box and click Post.

  6. Need to attach a file? Click the ticket you just made.

    Click ticket

  7. Upload a file or add another comment, then click Post.
