Can't Find the App on Google Play / Apple TV / Roku
SignPresenter supports specific platforms — Apple TV and Roku are not currently supported. Here's the full list, and what to do if you can't find SignPresenter on a supported device.
Supported platforms
Amazon Fire TV devices
SignPresenter works on Amazon Fire Sticks and Fire TVs running Fire OS (Android-based).
Recommended: Fire TV Stick HD — the most affordable option with auto-reboot capability, perfect for 24/7 signage.
Android devices
SignPresenter supports Android devices running Android 10.0 or newer. Download from the Google Play Store.
Budget-friendly Android options:
Built-in Fire TVs
TVs with built-in Fire OS work out of the box.
Not supported
- Apple TV — not currently available
- Roku — not currently available
- Fire TV Stick 4K Select — runs Vega OS (not Fire OS) and is not compatible. See the device compatibility guide for details.
Quick compatibility test
If you can find SignPresenter in your device's app store, it will work. If you can't, the device probably isn't compatible — check the Compatible Devices guide for what to buy instead.
