A SignPresenter account is your top-level container — every screen, message, and playlist lives inside one. Need separate areas for multiple campuses, franchises, or ministries? Departments let you carve up a single account into self-contained sub-areas, each with its own users and screens.

Your $10/month-per-screen subscription includes:

  • Unlimited messages, playlists, and schedules
  • Unlimited users
  • Unlimited departments
  • Cloud storage for your media

There are no per-user or per-department fees.
