Your Profile
Your profile is where you update your own name, email, password, and timezone. It's separate from the account-level settings — your profile only affects you, not the rest of the team.
Where to find it
- Click your name in the top-right corner of SignPresenter.
- Choose Settings.
- Your profile information is in the Account Settings panel on the left side of the page.
What you can change
- Name — How you appear to other users in your account (helpful when several people are managing content together).
- Email address — Used for sign-in and password resets. Change it carefully — the new email is what you'll log in with going forward.
- Password — Update any time. The new password takes effect immediately; you don't need to sign out.
- Timezone — Used as the default timezone when you create new screens. Each screen can override its own timezone, but setting yours correctly saves a step.
Updating your password
- Open Settings.
- Find the password field in the Account Settings panel.
- Type a new password.
- Click Save.
You stay logged in. Other devices where you're signed in continue working until they sign out — if you want to force-log-out everywhere (for example, if you suspect someone else used your password), open a support ticket and we'll invalidate active sessions.
I forgot my password
You don't need to log in to reset it — see Resetting Your Password.
Multi-department users
If you have access to multiple departments, your profile is shared across all of them. Update your name once and every department sees the change.
To switch which department you're working in, use the department switcher in the top-right corner.
