Resetting Your Password

If you can't remember your SignPresenter password, the Forgot Password flow emails you a one-time reset link. Total time: about a minute.

Steps​

  1. Go to signpresenter.com and click Sign In.
  2. On the sign-in page, click the Forgot your password? link below the Sign In button.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Click Reset Password.

We send a reset link to the email on file. Click the link in the email and you'll be signed in automatically with a temporary session.

  1. From there, open Settings in the top-right and update your password under your profile.

I didn't get the email​

A few things to check:

  • Wait a couple of minutes — delivery can lag occasionally.
  • Check spam / junk — reset emails sometimes land there.
  • Confirm the email address — make sure you typed the exact email associated with your account. The system says "Email not found" if there's no match.
  • Different email? Some users sign up with a personal email and forget. Try any address you might have used.

If none of those work, open a support ticket or email [email protected] and we'll reset it manually.

I'm logged in but want to change my password​

You don't need the reset flow for this — go to Settings → your profile and update the password directly. See Your Profile.
