A SignPresenter account is free for 30 days — no credit card required. Sign up, build your first message, and pair a TV to see the whole flow before you ever pay.
Sign up
- Go to signpresenter.com.
- Click Try It for Free (or Sign Up in the header).
- Fill in your name, email address, and password.
- Click Create Account.
You'll be logged in immediately — no email verification required to start using the product. (We do send a welcome email so you have a record of the account, and so password resets work.)
What you get

- Unlimited messages, playlists, schedules, departments, and users
- A pre-built Custom Playlist with a weather message — so your first screen has something to display the moment you pair it
- A pre-built First Screen in the Screens tab, ready to pair to a TV
After 30 days, billing kicks in at $10/month per active screen. Add or remove screens any time and the next bill adjusts. No contracts — see Billing & Payment for details.
What's next
The fastest path from sign-up to a working screen is the Initial Setup walkthrough — about ten minutes if you have a Fire Stick handy.
If you're not ready to buy hardware yet, you can still build your library of messages and playlists in the dashboard and preview them in your browser. Pair a TV later when you're ready.
