What devices work with SignPresenter?

What Fire Stick should I get?
We recommend the Fire TV Stick HD for the best value — most affordable, auto-reboots after power loss, perfect for 24/7 signage.
Will this work on my TV?
If your TV has an HDMI input, yes. The Fire TV Stick does all the work — you don't need a smart TV.
How do I install the app?
Search "Sign Presenter" on your Fire TV or Android device, install it, then enter the 4-digit pairing code shown on your screen in your SignPresenter account. The setup guide has detailed instructions.
Content & features
Can I upload my own content?
Yes — any image (JPG, PNG), video (MP4), or HTML. Combine your custom messages with our automated feeds for a powerful mix.
What kind of content can I show?
Feeds like weather, social media, trivia, reviews, and industry-specific content — plus your own images, HTML, or video.
Is there a storage limit?
No — you get unlimited cloud storage for your media.
Can I control what shows when?
Absolutely. Build multiple playlists and schedule them by day, time, or specific dates. See Expiring Playlists for time-limited campaigns.
Account & billing
Do I need an account?
Yes — go to signpresenter.com and click "Try It for Free." No credit card needed.
How does billing work after the 30-day free trial?
Pay-as-you-go at $10/month per screen — only for screens you actively use. Manage everything in your SignPresenter account.
How do I cancel my account?
Delete your screens, or go to Settings → Billing → Cancel All Subscriptions.
Can I print or download my invoice?
Yes. Log in, click your company name in the top-right, go to Settings → Billing, choose the month, and click Print to save as PDF.
How do I update my payment method?
Click your name in the top-right, Settings → Billing, enter your new credit card, click Save. See Update Billing Info for screenshots.
Multiple screens & locations
Can I run more than one screen?
Yes — each screen is its own subscription, but you manage them all from one dashboard. See Departments for multi-location setups.
Can I run 6 displays with the same content on one Fire Stick?
Yes — if every display shows the same content on the same schedule, you can pair them all to one screen on SignPresenter and pay $10/month total.
Technical questions
What happens if my internet goes out?
Your screen keeps showing the last downloaded content until connection is restored. See Running offline for details.
Does this work offline?
You need WiFi to download new content, but cached messages keep playing if you go offline temporarily. See the offline setup guide.
Do I need to update the app?
Fire TV usually auto-updates the app. Check for updates regularly to be sure.
Can I manage this from my phone?
Yes — the SignPresenter dashboard works in any mobile browser.
