Update Your Billing Information

Change your credit card or billing details from inside your SignPresenter account in under a minute.

Only account owners can update billing.

Steps​

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of SignPresenter.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. On the left side of the Settings page, click Billing.

  4. Enter your credit card information and click Update.

If SignPresenter is currently showing a billing-needed message on your screens, restart the SignPresenter app on each Fire Stick once you've updated billing — they'll pick up the new payment status.
