Build a Three-Zone Display
Three-zone templates are a powerful way to create clean, modern signage — a main message zone, a secondary zone, and a marquee strip. With SignPresenter it takes about ten minutes to build the first one.
Recommended dimensions

Step 1: Create your 4:1 strip image
- Go to Step 1: Message in the left menu.
- Click More → 4:1 (For Three Zone Template).
- Add a Name and assign it to a Category.
- Click Thumbnail → Upload and select your image.
- Crop and Save.
Step 2: Build a 4:1 playlist
- Go to Step 2: Playlist.
- Click More → 4:1 (For Three Zone Template).
- Choose New Custom Playlist or pick a template.
- Name your playlist.
- Select images from the Available Content area on the right.
- Click Save.
Step 3: Combine into a three-zone display
- Back in Step 1: Message, choose Horizontal or Vertical.
- Click All Designs → Three Zone.
- Name the template and assign a category.
- Choose ratios and assign content to each zone:
- 📺 Top and bottom for horizontal layouts
- 📱 Left and right for vertical layouts
- Click + New to assign playlists or messages to each zone.
- Repeat for all three zones, then click Update.
tip
Want a vertical three-zone display? Select Vertical when creating the message and follow the same process.
