Build a Three-Zone Display

Three-zone templates are a powerful way to create clean, modern signage — a main message zone, a secondary zone, and a marquee strip. With SignPresenter it takes about ten minutes to build the first one.

Step 1: Create your 4:1 strip image​

  1. Go to Step 1: Message in the left menu.
  2. Click More → 4:1 (For Three Zone Template).
  3. Add a Name and assign it to a Category.
  4. Click Thumbnail → Upload and select your image.
  5. Crop and Save.

Step 2: Build a 4:1 playlist​

  1. Go to Step 2: Playlist.
  2. Click More → 4:1 (For Three Zone Template).
  3. Choose New Custom Playlist or pick a template.
  4. Name your playlist.
  5. Select images from the Available Content area on the right.
  6. Click Save.

Step 3: Combine into a three-zone display​

  1. Back in Step 1: Message, choose Horizontal or Vertical.
  2. Click All Designs → Three Zone.
  3. Name the template and assign a category.
  4. Choose ratios and assign content to each zone:
    • 📺 Top and bottom for horizontal layouts
    • 📱 Left and right for vertical layouts
  5. Click + New to assign playlists or messages to each zone.
  6. Repeat for all three zones, then click Update.

Want a vertical three-zone display? Select Vertical when creating the message and follow the same process.
