How much does it cost?

What devices work with SignPresenter?
SignPresenter works on Amazon FireTV Sticks running Fire OS (Android-based) and Android devices running Android 10.0 or newer. See our complete device compatibility guide for recommendations.
What Fire Stick should I get?
We recommend the Fire TV Stick HD for the best value. It's the most affordable option with auto-reboot capability, perfect for 24/7 digital signage.
Will this work on my TV?
If your TV has an HDMI input, you're good to go! The FireTV Stick does all the work. You don't need a smart TV.
How do I install the app?
Search "Sign Presenter" on your FireTV or Android device, install it, then enter the 4-digit pairing code shown on your screen in your SignPresenter account. See our setup guide for detailed instructions.
Content & Features
Can I upload my own content?
Yes! Upload any image (JPG, PNG), video (MP4), or HTML. You can combine your custom messages with our automated feeds for a powerful mix.
What kind of content can I show?
We offer feeds like weather, social media, trivia, reviews, and even industry-specific content. You can also upload your own images, HTML, or video.
Is there a storage limit?
No limits! You get unlimited cloud storage for your media. That means all your playlists and custom messages are safe and ready anytime.
Can I control what shows when?
Absolutely. You can create multiple playlists and schedule them by day, time, or even specific dates to keep content fresh.
Account & Billing
Do I need an account?
Yes, just go to our homepage and click "Try It for Free." No credit card needed. Once you create your account, you can start building your playlist immediately.
How does billing work after the 30-day free trial?
After the trial ends, we bill on a pay-as-you-go basis at $10/month per screen, charging only for the screens you actively use. You can view your current charges and manage your screens anytime in your SignPresenter account.
How do I cancel my account?
It's easy to cancel—simply delete your screens or go into Settings → Billing → Cancel All Subscriptions. No hassle, no questions asked.
Can I print or download my invoice?
Yes! Log in to SignPresenter.com, click on your company name in the top-right corner, go to Settings → Billing, choose the month, and click the Print button to save as PDF.
How do I update my payment method?
Log in to SignPresenter.com, click your name in the top-right corner, select Settings → Billing, enter your new credit card details, and click Save.
Multiple Screens & Locations
Can I run more than one screen?
Yes! Each screen requires a subscription, but you can manage them all from one dashboard. We make multi-screen setups easy.
Can I run 6 screens with the same content on one Fire Stick?
Yes! If your displays are running the same content on the same schedule, you can pair them to the same screen on SignPresenter and pay just $10 per month total.
Technical Questions
What happens if my internet goes out?
Your screen will continue showing the last downloaded content until connection is restored. Messages won't stop. Learn more about running offline.
Does this work offline?
You'll need WiFi to download new content, but your screen can keep running cached messages if temporarily offline. See our offline setup guide.
Do I need to update the app?
Your FireTV will usually auto-update the app, but it's a good idea to check for updates regularly to ensure smooth performance.
Can I manage this from my phone?
Yes! You can access your SignPresenter dashboard from any mobile browser, and our platform is fully responsive, so managing your playlists on the go is a breeze.
