How to Create a Support Ticket

• Make sure you are logged into your account.

• Click on settings

• Click on Support

• Click on New

• Type what the issue is in the Comments then click Post

• If you forgot something or need to upload a file for us to look at click on the ticket you just made.

• Upload a file or leave another comment and click Post

We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
