How to Clear Your Browser or Firestick Cache

Sometimes things do not get downloaded correctly clearing the cache will delete what is downloaded and let your firestick or browser download those items again correctly.

Clear the Cache on an Amazon Firestick:

  1. If in Sign Presenter click on the home button on the remote.

  1. Click on settings

  1. Click On Applications

  1. Select Manage Installed Applications

5.Scroll close to the bottom and click Sign Presenter

  1. Scroll to the bottom and select Clear cache

  1. Scroll back up to the top and selct Launch application

Clear the Cache on your google chrome browser:

  1. In Google Chrome click on the word Chrome

  1. Then Clear Browsing Data

  1. Set the time range to All Time then click clear data.
