This is an issue with a conflict in the ip address there is a simple fix reboot your firestick.
You can do this by unplugging the firestick and plugging it back in or follow the directions below.
1. On your firestick remote click the home button then navigte to settings and click the center button.
2. Navigate to My FireTV and click the center button.
3. Navigate To Restart and click the center button.
4. Verify you would like to Restart by selting Restart once more.
